Take SR 1-A/East Boston Expwy and follow signs into Sumner Tunnel.
Once through the tunnel, turn onto I-93 North.
Drive on I-93 North for 23 Miles and exit at I-495 West.
Take I-495 for 7 Miles and Exit at US 3 North/Frederick E Everett Tpke.
Go North US 3 to New Hampshire Border and Exit at Spit Brook Road.
Turn right onto Spit Brook Road and the Hotel is on the right.
