Property Info
Location. Overlooking the picturesque Ammonoosuc River Valley in the White Mountains, the Ammonoosuc Inn is secluded within the grounds of the Lisbon Village Country Club in Lisbon, New Hampshire. A myriad of recreational opportunities exist in the area including rock climbing, mountain biking, sea kayaking and skiing. Historic sites, boutique shops, art galleries and eateries highlight Lisbon and the surrounding towns of Littleton, Sugar Hill, Franconia and Bethlehem.
Hotel Features. Melanie's Bistro, a fine dining establishment, is located on site and features entrees such as New Zealand Baby Lamb Chops and housemade Ravioli's. There is also a casual pub serving appetizers and entrees in the glow of its fireplace. Non-alcohol beverages are always available from the refreshment station on the inn's main floor. Technology-based amenities include wireless Internet access, which is available throughout the inn and a conference room with a 60-inch plasma display screen for presentations. Located between the 5th and 6th greens of the golf course, the inn has a large porch with seating and excellent views.
Guestrooms. Each of the guestrooms features a private bathroom, some with authentic claw foot tubs. All rooms have access to wireless Internet. Views are of the Ammonoosuc River Valley, Mt. Lafayette and the golf course.
Expert Tip. Franconia Notch State Park is located about nine miles from the inn. From the high ridges to the valley floor to the shores of Echo Lake, the park is spectacular to drive through and even more wonderful to hike.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. There will be a $25 fee for third person collected at check-in. |

Merge onto I-293/NH-101 East toward Concord/Salem/Portsmouth.
Merge onto I-93 via the exit on the left toward Concord/Portsmouth.
Take I-93 North through Franconia State Park to Exit 42/Littleton.
Follow Route 302 West.
Turn right onto Lyman Road.
Turn left onto Bishop Road.
The inn is on the right side of the road. |
